NOTICE TO ALL SOCCER PARTICIPANTS:
In order to return to play in any of our facilities (U of R and South Leisure Centre) EVERY participant must agree with the following waiver. This agreement is implied and agreed to by the individual or by their parent or legal guardian through the act of registering with and participating in our soccer league.
Participants hereby acknowledge the "inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that exists in any public place where people are present" and further that they "voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the soccer association or any of their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury."

- There are currently no restrictions at the South Leisure Centre but this is subject to change if current rules are changed.
- All participants must be accompanied by an adult/guardian over the age of 18.
NOTE:
- U4 to U10 - Games are played at the South Leisure Centre only on Saturdays, Games are 1 hour in length
- U12 - Games are played out of the U of R and possibly Arcola East on Saturdays, games are 1 hour in length
- U15 and U18 - Games are only played out of the U of R only on Saturdays, Games are 1 hour in length
- These times and locations are subject to change pending unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & NSF Cheques & KidSport
A $25.00 handling fee will be charged on all refunds. A partial refund will be offered after October 25th and No Refunds will be issued after November 1.
If your cheque is returned to us, our bank fee will be charged to you.

Equipment
Shin guards, non marking runners, and socks are mandatory!

Volunteers!
Community sports can only function with you the parents volunteering! Our league can only run with volunteers for coaches and assistant coaches. Please consider taking on this role.
Games
Games are expected to be played at the locations and times noted above in the chart. We reserve the right to change the times and locations depending on registration numbers.
U12 to U18 teams will play an interlocking schedule with teams from other zones.

Referees
Must be 12 years of age or older. Excepted applicants will be notified by email.
Referees are required for the U6 to U10 divisions for South Zone.
Interzone U12 to U18 games may also require referees.

Community Membership
Please purchase your non-refundable new community membership (they expire August 31st of each year) from your Community Association and include your membership number and community association name on the registration form. You can also purchase a community membership from the South Zone. Include $5.00 with your payment and your CA number will be emailed to you.
