Brain Health Exercise

Brain Health Exercise includes a program called Ageless Grace®. It is a brain-body exercise program based on stimulation of neuroplasticity to support cognitive health and activates all five primary functions of the brain.
  • Helps to restore and maintain neural pathways and stimulates the creation of new ones.
  • There are 21 tools of the program, which are based on the cutting-edge concept of neuroplasticity - the ability of the brain to change structurally and functionally.
  • Each tool addresses a primary factor commonly related to physical aging.
  • The program is practiced in a chair, to challenge the brain to figure out how to do these activities seated rather than standing, while engaging the core muscles, and internal systems and organs of the body.
  • Anyone, at any age, including those with physical limitations and challenges, can participate at his or her own level of ability.
